Var
The great run west, and the harbour that still earns its reputation.
Saint-Tropez is the far end of the coast from Beaulieu and the run is half the pleasure of it. The captain picks the glassiest day of your stay and you take the offshore line past the Esterel with nothing either side of you.
The old port is small enough to walk in ten minutes and the Pampelonne beaches are a short hop around the headland. Most days here are a long lunch and a swim, and back along the coast with the light going.
It is the one destination worth planning the week around rather than fitting into it.
Vieux Port de Saint-Tropez, Quai Suffren. Boarding is at the pontoon rather than a desk, and the day starts the moment you step aboard.

Lunch by sea
Passage times are the quickest boat in the fleet on a flat morning. Your captain will tell you honestly what the sea is doing before you commit to a long run.
The practical half
Vieux Port de Saint-Tropez, Quai Suffren.
Parking du Port, Saint-Tropez.
Nice Côte d’Azur, 90 minutes by road; Toulon-Hyères, 60.
April to the end of October, and the shoulder months are the quiet ones.

Other ports
Pick a date and see every boat that is open, or tell us what you have in mind and we will build the day around it. The port is where the day begins, not where it has to stay.
